Anyone who reaches out to Longgines Garage Doors should be treated fairly and honestly. If that did not happen for you, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
You can contact us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, workmanship and customer service. Say you are unhappy with work on your door. The usual first step is to contact that provider directly and keep your notes in writing.
Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and a provider that keeps falling short may be removed. Longgines Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

We confirm by email that we received your message, usually within a few business days. Then we review the matter. That may involve contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any action we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for a second look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to the Better Business Bureau. If the provider holds a license, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
